Residential Real Estate Photography

Full of Grace Photography charges a flat rate of $65.00 per residential location regardless of square footage.  This fee includes the following:

-A scheduled photo session to photograph the home.  The time of the session will vary depending on the square footage of the property, but typically a photo session will last roughly one hour, not including travel time.

-Images for a location will be edited and viewable via an online gallery.  The number of images will vary depending on the square footage.  Both indoor and outdoor images will be included.

-The images should be purchased via the SmugMug gallery information you will be given.  You will need to inform the photographer of what type of file you need for your pictures; original, high-resolution, low-resolution and web-resized.  Albums may be purchased from the SmugMug gallery directly and downloaded to your computer after payment is received.  This will take care of your portion of payment for the photo session.  No images will be released without payment.

-Outdoor sunset and/or night shots of the property can be added for an additional $15.  This will require a second scheduled appointment.  Outdoor night shots may require that lights in and out of the home be turned on while photographing and is the responisibility of the homeowner or realtor.  If lights are not turned on for photo session, an additional $20 will be charged to reschedule.  It is not the responsibility of Full of Grace Photography to assure lights are on for outdoor/sunset sessions.

-You will be required to sign a contract stating your agreement to terms, prices and conditions before any pictures will be taken by Full of Grace Photography.

-If you prefer to have images emailed to you directly, please inform Full of Grace Photography.  If you would like images resized to web-size before being emailed, this can be done for an additional $10 charge.  No images will be emailed until invoice is paid in full.  No exceptions!

-If you refer another Broker/Real Estate Agent to Full of Grace Photography, you will receive 10% off of your next session!

All properties are shot “as is” at the scheduled date and time.  Full of Grace Photography is not responsible for arranging or cleaning a property to be photographed.  If inclement weather is expected, a photo shoot may need to be rescheduled.
